Our Retained Search Division is led by our President, Karen Curley. Director level and Executive searches are worked on a retained basis only. The retained relationship allows us to allocate specific resources to a clients' search requirement. Alongside our client, we define a mutually agreeable roadmap to ensure a successful and efficient search process.

Many of our clients engage us through an introduction from an Executive, VC or PE firm with whom we have had great success.
