Ms. Mary Cleary began her career as a professional placement consultant for an international search and staffing firm, where she was rapidly promoted to Branch Manager, and later Managing Director for several locations. Mary was chosen to be the first female in the Executive training program for ITT in New York and later opened ITT's Boston office.
