My experience contracting with AVID has been excellent. The recruiter I work with is very friendly, supportive and (importantly) attentive. Any questions or concerns I've had have been addressed the same day. They have also been very proactive in checking in with me and notifying me of any changes or updates. Overall, very happy!

I've been working at AVID full time and it's been a great learning experience for me since I'm a newbie in the staffing industry! There isn't that sink or swim mentality that some staffing and sales companies have. While we definitely play hard, we work much harder while creating a nurturing environment for you to really grow your skills. The only downside is that the staffing industry can be difficult at times, since working with people can be unpredictable. Aside from that, I'd recommend AVID Technical Resources to those who wish to get a fulfilled professional experience in the staffing world.

If you're an entry level salesperson or recruiter, AVID is an excellent place to hone your skills. AVID has an excellent training program and is borderline obsessive about helping new recruiters get on their feet.
