DirectEd is the most amazing company I've worked for so far! At my last ABA agency, I was driving 50 miles round trip to my clients. It would take me over an hour going to work and coming back home. DirectEd has made sure to only give me clients nearby and I am so grateful for that. The pay is well above the norm for behavior interventionist at other agencies and the support staff at DirectEd is so helpful. I've only been at the company for a few months, but I plan on staying for a very long time.

Able to assist a wide variety of charter schools, students and gain experience. You are also able to pick assignments, making it more flexible. All the employees I have met are very nice, supportive, and are very open to any questions or concerns you might have. They are also very professional, knowledgeable, and hold their employees to an certain standard which I like.

DirectEd Educational Services is a Staffing company. This company does not have professional evaluating experience to evaluate teachers. Instead, this business has people who are not in the educational system gathering personal information from teachers who are searching for employment that schools should be the only ones to review. Direct Ed gave. me the impression they were a company who connects teachers seeking employment to schools who are in need of a substitute teacher. However, what happens is that Direct Ed hires the teachers under their employment. They are evaluated by employees who are not in the educational system. The interview process has employees who are in the educational.
